Week 12 - Pre-Final Critique

This week we had check-ins and critique for final project progress which will be due on the last two class sessions, 12/14 and 12/19. Please note that 12/19 is a TUESDAY which is a makeup date for the week of class missed for Thanksgiving. Students will be split into two groups, each presenting on one of the dates. See the following post for updated schedule of which students are presenting on which dates.

Please note that all students are required to attend all sessions and are expected to actively participate in the critique of their peers' work.

Lisha's progress on "Still Life / Landscape" created from wrappers of food she has consumed.

Sketch by Daniel for bathroom installation using text from T.S. Eliot's Wasteland.

Zihong's prototypes for edible kitchenware.

Jiawen's ceramic pieces for sculpture about food allergies.

Lala's ceramic pieces which will show an evolution of food.

Sydney's progress on her moss table which will feature a variety of edible plants when completed.

HOMEWORK/FOR NEXT TIME

Continue work on your final projects. Anyone that did not present work last week on 11/30 should present their final project work next week on 12/7. Also any outstanding assignment work for your class blogs should be completed by this week (please send an email to Sally and Kirby with any blog updates/makeup assignment work).
